This is naturally occurring salt crystal from the foothills of the Himalayas. The salt is collected from mines 800m below the ground. It is thought to have natural de-ionizing properties which are beneficial to health.
Stimulates blood circulation, purifies and detoxifies the body, heal irritated skin (eczema), inflammation of the muscles and joints, muscles relaxation, relieves pain and soreness.
